If you have a flair for the dramatic or comedic, or if you are a techie, can build, or make clothes, you may long to find a theater group that supports your self-expression and is home to other people who love to take the stage, create, and be a part of a supportive, relaxed community as much as you do, or maybe you’re a little reluctant and just need some encouragement. As part of my mission to foster self-expression, creativity, and personal fulfillment, at Wild Horses Theatrical Players, we are a theater group for performers, creative collaborators, and those who love the theater in Ellsworth, Rockland, Maine.

Participating in theater builds self-confidence, develops your imagination, helps you increase in empathy, and allows you to build your collaborative skills. Along with these benefits, Wild Horses Theatrical Players provides an emotional outlet for expressing what you feel and connecting to others who are experiencing the same.

Ultimately, expression through the performing arts can bring joy to your life, which is why I encourage participants of all skill levels to join Wild Horses Theatrical Players. Whether your last stint with theater was in high school, you have trained professionally, or have no experience at all, but have dreamt secretively of letting that hidden part of yourself out, I welcome you to join one or more of my productions. This is a supportive, accepting environment that values your ideas and participation.

Come and be a part of a group of people learning to connect to their instincts and joy at Wild Horses Theatrical Players. Remember, as Old Will said, “The world is a stage and we are merely actors”, so, put those acting skills to great use either on the stage or behind it!
