Wild Blossoming Lotus Tai Chi
Tai-Chi is another mind-body practice that can make you feel quieter in the mind and slow the deterioration of the brain and body. It has the added bonus of teaching you ancient martial arts movements that you can use in self-defense. You will feel more confident as you grow and unblock your healing energy, or Qi. Tai Chi is excellent for reducing symptoms of many illnesses, including fibromyalgia and hypertension, and slowing down the progression of certain diseases, such as osteoporosis. Whether you use it to improve your eye health, balance, memory, or to just have fun and get your flow back on, you’ll be so happy how you feel after doing Tai Chi even a few times.
