Whatever your ailment(s), physical or mental, the energy required to digest when you are eating will then be used for healing when you intermittent fast! Try fasting from 7 pm to 11 am the next day and eating only organic fruits and vegetables for the eating window for 90 days (takes this much time to create a new habit), and you’ll clean out your body, detoxify your organs, and watch all that gross stuff (meat, dairy, sugar, chemicals, birth control pills, processed foods, gluten) that’s been sitting in your bowels pour out of you!

When you feel like eating the wrong things, journal, meditate, practice deep breathing, go for a walk, dance, sing, drink a big glass of lemon water, do Tai Chi or Yoga (with me or on YouTube) or find something that helps you get through the cravings!
